The product itself is great. I love it.

But when the battery started acting up, I foolishly started to think that I would just have to bring it into a service center and be on my way.

That is not the case at all, as Garmin will not replace the battery at all for the Vivoactive 4, which they happily sold me just a year ago. They offered to sell me a refurbished Vivoactive 4, which shows that they can change the battery; they just won't in order to attempt to force you to buy another product entirely.

Map is fuzzy cant see it is car or hand healed on the 200 tracking collar havent use it or 10 times and my opinion is this thing is junk wish I had kept my pro 70

I have a Newvi that I have used for years, and for a trip from Chapala, MX to Laredo, TX, I downloaded the latest maps, etc., as I always do. The device then sent me on the wrong roads, tours of the seeder parts of three cities, could not find the main airport in Guadalajara, could not find its way home, and, in general, was worse than useless, and I turned it off for most of the trip. As a result, I will dispose of it and buy a new one from someone like TomTom, but never again from Garmin.

By did not answer my question about in classes Garmin plotter and navigation. Please answer my questions on this problem.

The service agent I spoke with was wonderful.Even though I called the Pissed line I was never pissed.

I am trying to activate my Garmin 700 I Montana 700 I and it will not let me do that either way that I try to use. After entering my credit card information, it just indicates that it cannot be activated.so

Would like to know if my Garmin watch can be fixed or replaced on my on my watch so that it is useable. Watch unit ID number is 344-352-****, bought at Best Buy in Courtney BC, September 23, 2023. Not sure if this is a manufacturer issue, unfortunately, I did not buy the extended warranty, as I didn't think something like this would happen.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone can email me back as soon as possible.

Ive had my venu 3 S. watch for more than six months and was very frustrated because I couldnt figure out how to work it.

Took me a while to figure out how to reach someone to talk me through using my venu 3S. Now I feel more comfortable with it.

I found it in my pocket.

It would be nice if you could remotely ping a lost item.

I appreciate the ability to talk to a person that is knowledgeable.

I refuse talking to a computer- for now.

I need so badly to import my way points onto my garmin SD card

I was on hold 55 minutes then just got cut off, Hung up on I suppose, really? I will again try after the memorial holiday ends to get this done. I don't know why my SD card suddenly has no way points, approximately 2000 around the state of florida.

No one talk to me. What else is there to say i called no one answered so it is hard to find out anything talks

My Garmin etrex dont work anymore it sad it a expensive product a least to help your customers it not a replacement who gone hurt your compagnie to replace it or pay half will give a better name thank you

I am not upset . I have an issue with my live scope that I cant figure out .

It will pause or freeze for seconds, long enough to lose track of fish . I am not sure if it is overheating or what . It does it more in the heat than any other time . The bad box is mounted under front deck , pretty much sealed, but not quite completely.

No air movement there . I enjoy fishing we it for crappie .

I have stock in garmin and love the products . Help
