I was contacted by "cipoapp"!! Same deal - technician called - wanted to obtain access to my computer - that is when I said NO.

I've been hacked before. I only wanted to DL the Garmin Express onto my computer to use when I needed updates, it automatically brought this company up on my screen. BTW, when I told the tech I tried to find their company on-line NOTHING came up.

He assured me, I am telling You, so that was not the answer I was looking for! What the.....?

Gps is not working after update (65)

It's still not working it whipped out my canadain maps can't get near a laptop to plug it in. Seriously not interested in getting another one. The help line is hidden it took along time to find a canadain help lined

Looking for a GPS that will work Exclusively in Mexico only?

No complaint I live in Mexico for eight months out of the year on Id like a Garmin GPS that will work pretty much exclusively in Mexico. I have an older Garmin in my car here and it does work in Mexico but it does not do the detail that it will do in the United States and thats what Im looking for one with more detail for Mexico?

A pice was forgot on my depth finder

The transducer cane dose not have the peace that twist on the back of the depth finder to titen and make is stay in the back of my depth finder

Deleted $300 map SD card

Garmin refuses to fix issue

For the first time in 20+ years I have any issues with this company, this person Im talking to on the other line its an idiot Ive been dealing with her for weeks and cannot still fix the problem. I provided them emails up on emails documentation left and right and they can still verify my account and refused to

No hardware with GMR Fantom Radar

Compromised networking/ power cable. I inherited 2 boat jobs that had an electrical "Gremlin". I did my diagnostics / troubleshooting and concluded that both cables were non functional / compromised. During my evaluation I moved the cables up and down which would intermittent energize the system. Replaced with my test cables and system operated flawlessly.

User's recommendation: If you are expanding, replacing, or upgrading your Marine electronics. Gravitate to Garmin. I've been in the marine business for 40 years. It's my go-to premium brand.

After software & map updates have been made yesterday, I’m not able to find address, service not available in the United States.

My two gpss are out of service, cant find address on both units after an software & map update that cost me a pretty penny ($).

User's recommendation: I’ve never had screwed up service on two GPS’s before’ after the updates my GPS’s became unusable.

No one answered call or will return email

Watch quit working can not get anyone to speak to I have made several attempts and no luck. I have been a garmin customer for a long time and have 10 or 12 family members that are as well this is rediculous

Live Chat Complaint

I have used Garmin products for a long time now but I just today needed more information regarding the use of my Garmin Approach S20 Golf Watch. I entered their Live Chat and conversed with a first line rep. Then she told me that in order to live chat with an expert I had to pay $5.00 and the $59.00 a month after that. I find this absurd that to talk to a company about their product - that I bought - I have to pay them! I will not buy another Garmin product.
