New Garmin heart rate strap doesn't work anymore

Hello Garmin Team, I bought a new Garmin heart rate strap last year and I started using it late February this year. It worked perfectly until yesterday when it lost connection to two devices at the same time, out of the blue. I changed the battery, just to make sure, but it won't reconnect. Not to my Garmin Edge 530, nor to my laptop. All other connections to the devices above are working fine as before. As if the heart rate strap died... Requested call back 4 times with 0 responses. Two times through their app and two phone calls. My issue is that I bought this device in 2024 and now they sent me a notice that 2024 map updates are available and they want to charge $60 for this. It has 2023 maps on it and has not been installed yet. Basically never used. Is that fair to charge for this update? They guaranteed 12 months free updates.

I am not sure if this is the correct department to email but, like your new update on your app, your website sucks. I have been a long time Garmin user and am thinking of leaving due to your horrible changes to your home page on the app. You have constantly changed your app lately that has been horrible. Please stop making changes that make finding work outs worse!

Vivosmart 4 golf gps stopped working

Garmin changed the face for my Home page of saved data, Intensity Minutes, See All, Floors, Calories Burned, Weight, Hydration, Steps.

Everything was so convenient. NOW THERE ARE 3 TO 4 STEPS TO DO WHAT WAS 1 STEP.

I HATE IT.

EVERYONE I TALK TO HATES IT. NO WARNING OR EVEN BEING ASKED FOR OPINION. Now my GPS on golf course for distance hitting the ball disappeared. Tech helped me reset.

I will find out on my next round if it is corrected.

If Garmin wanted to make a change, do it with a new watch. Have you ever heard that if it's not broke, don't try to fix. I have never wanted to see people lose their job. Who ever approved this should be fired.

I hate it that much.

I have been a Garmin user for 20 years. I will not buy another Garmin product.

Mark was great. I am grateful that he spent a lot of time with me. I had several questions. My questions about the fusion radio, and facing to Garmin were fully answered. Also, finding out which Garmin unit would best suit my knees, including product education regarding Transducers and side view, etc. were fully answered. Please give me back my old screen. I do not like this new one. It is clunky. This to me is not an improvement at all. You should have given me a choice and not made the decision for me. Give the customer a choice of what they want. We pay for it.

I need a new piece for my watch

I call Garmin to see if I can purchase a new piece for my watch. The rubber piece that holds the strap down on the watch has split and does no longer stay on the watch. I am wondering if I can purchase a new piece so the strap has something to keep the extra strap stay down?? I tried to call but did not get to any representative to check this out. I have a simple request to see if I can replace the rubber piece?? Can someone let me know if I can purchase this. I have the forerunner 35 model

I need to talk to someone about a transducer

The guy I talked to made it seem like I ran the transducer on the bottom and messed it up all three times. I didnt so Im not mad just dont think I will buy anymore Garmin products. I have since lost the receipts one was used and the other gt52 was new

I switched from Suunto to Garmin Tactix 7 PRO, attracted by aviation applications. I had bad luck, many errors on most activities (flying, skiing, running, even sleeping). I did all the updates, but new errors appear :)) I tried to discuss on the support chat last year, but this year too...I'm getting stuck with standard, meaningless questions, no interest in solving the problem.
