Garmin - 7 hours and its worse
i spent 2 days 3.5 hours each on the phone with 3 different reps who could not get detailed maps on the system. in fact the reverted the firmware to an older version after being told a supervisor would call me back. never called. i downloaded the firmware and installed it myself. now im waiting for the new maps to be installed by chryslers keydrive.
