My GPS watch (Fenix) crashed and wouldn’t turn on. I tried Garmin’s phone, social media and email contacts and only got an automated response from their Facebook site (gave up when on hold on the phone after 30 minutes).

No other contact. I certainly expect some service after spending this amount ($700) on a product. It was a great watch with a lot of great features but the pathetic service makes me think twice.

Now I’m in a quandary about whether to by another Garmin or cross over to Suunto. Two local retailers have warned me that Garmin is terrible to deal with and the lack of service is typical of Garmin.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Features and accuracy of the gps watch.
