I paid for map and I got a copy of that map days later. No notification was delivered before I bought the map.

The opportunity is critical.

I was in Brazil 3 days already when I could download the map. It is not how it should work

I was traveling to Brazil i went to Garmin online to buy a map. I saw two options downloading or a SD card, because I didn't have enough time to buy a SD card with the map I chose the option that allow me to download.

After i bought it, I got a message informing me that it was going to take two business day to get the copy. Why they dind't telling me this at the very beginning? Actually it takes more than 5 days to be ready. I was on my THIRD day in brazil when the map was ready on my account.

It was TOO LATE Who will pay for that?

I wrote to Garmin about it but always I got evasive answers. I am pretty disappointed with Garmin.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
