Let me start off by saying this, they will be shipping out a THIRD watch in a little over 2 months time of buying this product new.. First one froze up and the 2nd one was working great until the new software update n now the stairs climbed won't calculate n the sleep/wake feature doesn't work correctly.

Multiple days n multiple hours on phone with customer support, tried everything n still doesn't work. Btw, HORRIBLE customer service. The rep was back n forth putting me on hold so they could contact the "help desk" n continued to ask questions even though they admitted they were baffled. Don't really have much hope for this 3rd one to last long ...

Tip to Garmin, Make a better product!!! And train your customer service reps better!!
