Horrible customer service. It is time to update the maps on my Chrysler's in dash GPS. Garmin says the model number i sent (took a pic from the car screen) They have delayed for over a month, saying they have to research why my number is not in their system. I don't care. Their problem, not mine!

My gf and I both bought the garmin vivo fit, for the first couple months it was great then the screen started losing frame. We now get the bottom half of the day and the top half of the date. And to read msgs on it you only get half the word. But there's nowhere to complain to them. When you try you just get the run around.

Have bought garmin dezel 760 and a garmin dezel 560 in one year. Both went to *** in less than a year. ( My first one worked great years ago, lasted me 4 years. I thought the dezel 760 going bad must have been a fluke so i replaced it with another 560. Never again a garmin.)
