Requested call back 4 times with 0 responses. Two times through their app and two phone calls. My issue is that I bought this device in 2024 and now they sent me a notice that 2024 map updates are available and they want to charge $60 for this. It has 2023 maps on it and has not been installed yet. Basically never used. Is that fair to charge for this update? They guaranteed 12 months free updates.

I switched from Suunto to Garmin Tactix 7 PRO, attracted by aviation applications. I had bad luck, many errors on most activities (flying, skiing, running, even sleeping). I did all the updates, but new errors appear :)) I tried to discuss on the support chat last year, but this year too...I'm getting stuck with standard, meaningless questions, no interest in solving the problem. User's recommendation: Love this watch. Sleep with it battery last longer than an Apple Watch. Wished it wouldn’t scratch that easily though. It scratch within weeks after water damage

I have received three replacement dezl 800 otr and I asked for a new replacement and all that they could do was give me 20% off a new device the 810 dezl and I already spent 750$ on 800 dezl garmin is not customer friendly and there services is not good DO NOT BUY FROM GARMIN

I paid for my Navionics before the dew date but it keep telling me that it was cancelled called Garmin and instead of helping me get it turned on they refunded my money . I might add I paid for it the same way I have every year Ive never seen business conducted in this manner will you please help me fix this problem

Garmin Service Rocks

Broke the transducer bracket 2 times on my dime. Told West Marine about it and was told nothing could be done. 3rd time it broke, it took the transducer with it when I was running in the bay. The CV 20 Transducer is big and heavy. Not in production anymore. Called Garmin explained what happened and received a new type of transducer and heavy-duty bracket. Well done Garmin. Service and product are the reason I always come back.

User's recommendation: Something can always be solved if you gothe right way about it. Garmin has made it right for me. I have been using there equipment for years. I still have a 441 GPS and it's been the best GPS and have had no issues with it ever.

Baught 610 diezel in August 2023 ,worked for couple months no problem.last month haven't been able get it to stay unconnected to head set,then it switches to head set out of blue especially when on calls and hurts other party ears.now keeps powering on and off randomly and freezing up.15 times today alone.call customer help and told try to connect to wifi but not hot spot I'm a trucker we don't just carry a wifi around when in remote area.unreliable product ,so off to Randell McNally

I have order an Epix Gen 2 Pro 7 weeks ago and guess what? I haven't received my watch at this date! after more than 20 calls they keep telling me that will be solved in next 2-3 days! they lie and are scammers! I will never used Garmin products or recommend to anyone! Very bad experience with this company!

He was very thorough in explaining g how to set up the items in setting, which buttons to use for what. He even waited on the phone with me so I could go outside and have the satellites set the correct year on the main screen. He also suggested to have the TIME setting on Automatic. Unfortunately your manual that comes with the watch as well as the one I downloaded did not explain in detail what I needed to know.

Broken watch

Garmin - Broken watch
I was doing laundry the other day and my watch band snapped. It turns out the smalls screw are what are broken so its not fixable by buying another band. I was hoping there is something you could do to help since ive only had the watch a max of two years. I really love garmin being a college runner but I thought that it would last a lot longer than this. Thanks for your time and Id rather not spend more money on a watch when mine wasnt that old.
